Copenhagen +|-

The happiest nation on earth: is it too good to be true? Spoiler: yes. An architecture student’s experiences with those crazy Danishes in Copenhagen while studying at the Kunstakademiets Arkitektskole.

"In Denmark.... it's just like that!"

This is part one of your key phrase here. Memorize it and fling it about with abandon.

Don't know what's going on for thesis? It's not the school's fault, you fool! Our Danish students know what is expected (without being told), so why don't you?

Crazy foreigner. You should know, that in Denmark.... It's just like that.

Don't bother questioning anyone on why anything is the way it is.
Don't suggest a better or more efficient or helpful way of doing something.
Don't question the usefulness/beauty of something, especially if it was invented by a Danish.
DON'T giggle helplessly at the stunted fashion sense. [I mean, sacks+tights, really?]
Don't question the mackerel in a squeeze tube.
Don't laugh at the licorice obsession.
Don't cough noisily in the presense of people who are trying to mask the smell of the cigarette they just barely put out in the upstairs computer lab in a public building.
Don't bemoan the national sport, littering.

You have no right.

In Denmark, it's JUST LIKE THAT.

And that's the way it is, and has been, and ever will be, until the end of time.

Now everyone: complete this sentence: "In Denmark, it's just like that, and... ______________________________"
